Measurements: Dynamics of microbial communities in the Thau lagoon observing task: Microbial communities sampling & phytoplankton pictures ; Historical measurements of water temperature, density and salinity ; Monitoring of coralligenous reefs in french Mediterranean Sea observing task: 30 pictures quadrats (50 cm x 50 cm) are made along a transect of 20 m long. Each picture is analyzed to estimate: % of recovery and relative abundance of identified taxa, % of crevice, % of recovery by the mud, etc. ; Monitoring of the phyto- and zooplankton communities of the Gulf of Lion observing task: Abundance in mesozooplanktonic species, concentration of chlorophyll-a, divinyl chlorophyll-a, fucoxanthin, 19'-hexanoylfucoxanthine and zeaxanthin, temperature, conductivity, density, oxygen, pH, radiance, fluorescence ; Phytoplankton sampling and pictures
